ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a contract Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) who’s passionate about people, workplace culture, and helping teams do their best work. In this role, you’ll be a go-to partner for our leaders and staff—offering guidance on everything from employee relations and performance coaching to navigating change and building team morale. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Get to know your assigned teams and support their goals and day-to-day operations
• Help resolve employee concerns through thoughtful conversations and fair investigations
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and development strategies
• Build inclusive, positive work environments where people feel recognized and supported
• Partner with HR teams on leaves, accommodations, policies, and compliance
• Support learning and development programs that help our people grow
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects that make HealthPoint an even better place to work
