Position Available: Talent Management Coordinator
Status: Permanent Full Time – 40 hours per week (A Minimum of Two Days a Week in Office)

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Management Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role involves attracting, identifying and hiring qualified candidates based on their expertise while taking into account the necessary skills to perform the job. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
This role is required to attract and retain the best talent to support Family Day’s strategic initiatives, primarily in the field of Early Childhood Education.
