Responsibilities The Opportunity Communication & Capabilities Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Talent Management Operations team by designing and implementing global communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and enable consistent capability development across markets. This position collaborates with global and regional stakeholders to ensure that messages, visuals, and initiatives are aligned with the company’s talent strategy and brand identity. The role requires strong creativity, communication skills, and a digital mindset to manage visual assets and communication tools effectively Your Impact -Design and execute internal communication strategies to support Talent Management initiatives and global capability programs. -Develop engaging content (presentations, newsletters, infographics, visuals) for internal audiences across LATAM and global markets. -Partner with Global TM teams, HRBPs, and COEs to ensure communication materials are consistent, timely, and aligned with global priorities. -Manage and maintain digital platforms (e.g., Canvas, SharePoint, internal portals) to ensure accessibility and effectiveness of TM communications. -Leverage design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to produce high-quality materials that support TM initiatives. -Support the planning and execution of capability-building campaigns Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, HR, learning & development or talent management within a multinational environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required) and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred). Proven experience designing communication materials using Canva, Photoshop, or other design platforms desired. Solid project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative mindset. Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
