As the Global Talent Management & Performance Management Director, you have an extraordinary opportunity to lead a powerful team in all aspects of Talent Management & Performance Management at a global strategic level!

Your expertise in Top Talent Identification, Succession Planning, Leadership Assessment, and Leadership Development will be used to support our teams working in a hybrid, global and diverse environment.

  • You will report to the Global HR Talent Director.
  • The position is based on our HQ located in Pittsburgh. #LI-Hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred).
  • 12+ years’ experience in talent management, performance management, and learning with a strategic focus.
  • 8+ years’ experience with leadership and executive development.
  • Strong program and process management experience, emphasizing strategic implementation.
  • Experience with good inclusion practices in Talent strategies that influence culture.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural international environment. Experience in developing people, with leadership experience in driving successful teams through strategic initiatives.
  • Experience creating data-driven insights from Talent processes by demonstrating how to help HR and Business Leaders ask the right questions that can be addressed with analytics.
  • Experience leading through complexity, simplifying and understanding systemic possible effects and interdependencies, with strong collaboration and engagement abilities to drive innovation and transformation in practices.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Subject Matter Expert on building Talent Pipelines, Leadership & Executive Development, and Performance Management considering how Employees and Leaders around the world will experience simple Talent processes and tools.
  • Assess, craft, and manage the effectiveness of performance management, talent calibration, succession planning, leadership & executive development, assessments, coaching, and leadership competencies through a strategic lens.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to Talent Partners, others in HR, and Business Leaders to ensure application and outcome from simple processes using Workday. Build organizational capability through strategic Talent and Leadership approaches that influence culture.
  • Partner with Senior HRBPs and engage different HR and leadership groups to ensure processes demonstrate business value and create alignment with other talent practices.
  • Define and create tools and determine the strategic approach for knowledge sharing and skill building across the enterprise to drive innovation in practices.
  • Develop understanding and skills with multiple partners on the use of tools and expectations of their roles.
  • Drive appropriate Talent metrics, implementing tools and dashboards that allow regular monitoring and inform decision-making in close collaboration with the People Insights team.
  • Monitor processes, soliciting feedback and improving our approach based on standard methodologies and data-driven insights to support transformation in practices.
  • Partner with Talent team members to ensure internal and external resourcing/pipelining for roles/key talent segments, e.g., Plant Managers.
  • Prepare materials for and support multiple leadership teams and Board engagements, staying ahead of Talent Management trends and sharing insights with other Talent and HR colleagues.
