REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Reporting to a Talent Management Practice Managing Consultant, you will take ownership of implementing and delivering a range of client projects within the Talent Management Practice. You will play a key role in the delivery of our solutions – including project planning, scheduling and delivery of solutions, managing client relationships and co-ordinating internal teams to ensure we exceed client expectations at all times. You will help to ensure profitable delivery of projects, work to strengthen client relationships and ensure we capture key metrics to demonstrate the impact of our solutions.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilising your project management skills to plan large scale talent management programmes and implement client solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners who are experts in talent management to exceed client expectations and needs.
  • Creating and maintaining key project documentation such as project & implementation plans, comms & engagement plans, evaluation strategies and revenue forecasts.
  • Creating and maintaining programme delivery schedules across multiple workstreams
  • Delegating and monitoring deliverables across operational colleagues.
  • Leveraging your extensive client-facing experience to build and embed client relationships.
  • Working closely with a range of external stakeholders including associates, venues, participants and client delivery teams.
  • Partnering with Managing Consultants to capture key participant data and client satisfaction survey data to demonstrate the impact of our solutions to help enhance Cappfinity’s position in the market place through the creation of award entries, conference presentations, case studies and white papers.
  • Being able to build an in-depth understanding of Cappfinity Talent Management Practice products and solutions through working collaboratively with subject matter experts across the Talent Management Practice
