ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, you will lead a team of nine professionals, based in both Stockholm and Vilnius, focused on empowering SEB to develop, retain, and maximize the potential of our employees. You will oversee processes related to performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, strategic workforce planning, talent management data and talent process support. Your role will involve integrating advanced talent management strategies into established processes, driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring the global implementation of these processes, utilizing world-class management tools and methodologies to ensure success.
