M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Specialist (Staff Level) to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that enhance employee development, engagement, and
performance. This role plays a critical part in advancing talent strategies that align with business goals and HR priorities, with a focus on performance management, learning initiatives, and career progression.
Reporting to the Talent Management Manager, the Specialist will contribute to the development, management, and execution of enterprise-wide talent solutions that foster a culture of growth, support internal mobility, and drive organizational excellence.
This position is based at M.C. Dean’s headquarters in Tysons, Virginia, and is expected to be performed on-site during standard business hours.
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Management Specialist, you’ll collaborate across teams to design, implement, and improve enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in performance and career progression processes, using data and insights to inform continuous improvement.
