Job Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement talent management strategies and programs that aligns with the Group’s strategic priorities and business objectives. Champion talent initiatives across the organisation, including high-potential developmental programmes, trainings and developmental assignments to build future leadership capabilities and succession readiness. Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify, assess and develop talent through structured programs and facilitate regular talent reviews to maintain a strong, future-ready talent pipeline. Plan and implement organisational development initiatives such as job redesign and culture-building efforts to support evolving business needs and foster a collaborative and agile workplace. Design and implement organisation and departmental KPIs that drive accountability, strategic alignment and performance excellence. Support departments in setting, tracking, and reviewing KPIs through structured performance reviews and feedback loops. Analyze talent and performance data to provide actionable insights to leadership team. Translate employee engagement strategies into meaningful development opportunities to enhance employee growth, satisfaction and employee retention. Requirements Degree in Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business Management and/or a related discipline Minimum of 7 years’ experience in talent management, leadership development and/or organisational development roles. Proven success in implementing talent programs, succession planning frameworks and KPI management within an organisation. Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data tracking and reporting. Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
