• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, focusing on Organizational Development or Talent Management
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, development, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ATS, and HRIS systems
