Talent Management Specialist II - 6 Month Contract - Remote Department: People & Culture Employment Type: Contract / Temp Location: Las Vegas, Nevada - Corporate Headquarters Reporting To: Talent Development Manager Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, system-driven Talent Management Specialist II to join our Learning & Development team on a 6-month contract. This role is focused on the successful migration, configuration, and administration of our new Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, enjoys process-driven work, and has hands-on experience managing LMS platforms—particularly Percipio or SuccessFactors. This position requires a proactive professional who is comfortable working independently, solving problems quickly, and ensuring accuracy across a highly matrixed, global organization. While this temporary role does not offer company-sponsored benefits, it does provide eligibility to participate in our 401(k) program. What Will You Be Doing? LMS Migration & Data Management Facilitate the migration and organization of data from two existing LMSs into a new LMS instance. Manually pull and add employee information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Build company hierarchy and groups to support accurate training assignments. System Configuration & Administration Configure administrative features, workflows, and automations within the LMS. Set up rules in the LMS to align with global learning requirements. Upload and test eLearning content, conducting Quality Assurance checks. Troubleshooting & Support Identify and resolve issues when eLearning packages fail to function in the LMS. Partner with eLearning developers to recommend solutions for technical challenges. Reporting & Analysis Generate, analyze, and present training reports using Excel (formulas, pivot tables). Conduct audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance. Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement Organize and document learning content, processes, and workflows for both LMS and external storage. Maintain records to support development, review, and update cycles. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job: Minimum 1 year of strong LMS administration experience, with direct Percipio experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with SuccessFactors or other SAP platforms. Experience with eLearning development using Articulate a plus. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting). Experience with system audits and data accuracy management. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable speaking up, providing feedback, and raising concerns when needed. Deadline-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities. That’s why the compensation range for this role is $32.00 - $34.00 an hour, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board. This position is classified as a temporary contract role. Accordingly, individuals hired into this position will not be eligible for company-sponsored benefits such as medical, dental, vision, or paid time off. The only exception is participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan, subject to the plan’s eligibility requirements. Employees in this position will be classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and are therefore eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable state and federal wage and hour laws. #LI-NW1
