Talent Management Specialist Position Summary: Shearer's is seeking a strategic and collaborative Talent Management Specialist to support the design, implementation, and execution of talent programs that drive employee development, engagement, and performance. This role will play a key part in building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of growth and development. Your Seat at the Table: Performance & Succession Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration. Support succession planning efforts by maintaining talent profiles and facilitating talent reviews. Maintain, report and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Assist in execution of organization wide talent initiatives such as early career development programs. Employee Engagement & Experience Collaborate on initiatives that enhance employee experience, recognition, and retention. Support internal communications related to talent programs and culture-building efforts. Administer Talent communication tools such as email campaigns and intranet sites. Talent Analytics & Reporting Maintain dashboards and reports on talent metrics (e.g., mobility, retention, development participation). Use data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives. Key Skills: Project Management & Execution Data Analysis & Storytelling with Metrics Strong Communication & Facilitation Skills HR Systems & Tools (e.g., SuccessFactors) Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Mindset What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience with HRIS and talent platforms preferred. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and tell a story.
