About The Role We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Talent Management Senior Analyst to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management initiatives across the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving workforce effectiveness by providing insights, analytics, and operational support for key programs such as performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Align talent priorities with business objectives Conduct talent assessments to evaluate skills, performance, and potential Identify capability gaps and future workforce needs Support succession planning through data-driven talent insights Performance Management Define performance expectations and goal-setting frameworks Manage performance review and feedback processes Support managers with coaching and performance improvement Identify high performers and high-potential employees Engagement & Retention Monitor employee engagement and act on insights Design and support retention strategies for key talent Enhance overall employee experience Partner on recognition and rewards initiatives Succession & Career Management Identify and prepare future leaders Conduct readiness assessments for key roles Support career progression and internal mobility Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Embed DEI principles into performance and promotion processes Identify and mitigate bias in talent decisions Track and report on DEI-related outcomes Talent Analytics & Governance Track and analyze talent metrics (turnover, performance trends, bench strength) Use data to inform workforce and talent decisions Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in talent management, HR analytics, or a related HR function Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience with HRIS and talent management systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar) Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Solid understanding of performance management, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills At Amartha, we are dedicated to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, ensures equity, and fosters inclusion.
