Description We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Manager to join our team at CodeLink. This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to off-boarding, to build a thriving, engaged, and high-performing team. As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, talent development, resource planning, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role will focus approximately 70% on hiring and 30% on HR functions. Location: Ha Noi Key ResponsibilitiesHiring Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, improve job descriptions, and structure hiring processes. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and clear feedback. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Strengthen CodeLink’s employer brand through social media, events, and community engagement. HR Operations & Employee Engagement Manage internal resource planning between projects, ensuring optimal team allocations and bench stability. Oversee career development initiatives, including mentorship, promotions, and training programs. Support performance management, including goal setting, probation reviews, promotion, and performance improvement. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, wellness programs, and company-wide initiatives. Handle employee relations by providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Support off-boarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal). 4+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the tech industry. Strong knowledge of hiring, talent management, and HR best practices. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong people skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting between hiring and HR responsibilities as needed. Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices is a plus. Three days remote every week and four full remote weeks per year.
