JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our broader Talent & Analytics Team and be a catalyst for continuous, technology-driven learning that supports organizational readiness for rapid change. This role requires a balance of digital literacy and human-centered approaches. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting organizational readiness and workforce transformation through scalable, data-driven, and employee-centric learning solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources specific to Learning & Development
  • 5+ years experience with digital learning technology, including microlearning, mobile learning, and AI-driven platforms
  • 5+ years experience adopting environments and platforms for collaborative, peer-to-peer learning
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning technologies and e-learning tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization
  • Experience in driving learning that addresses individual learner needs and leverages data or technology to personalize experiences.
Responsibilities
  • AI and Technology Integration: Harness artificial intelligence and machine learning to personalize learning pathways, deliver real-time insights, and drive efficiency in content delivery.
  • Skill Mapping & Enablement Strategy: Leverage our Talent Management platform, Career Hub, to define and deploy a strategy for identifying, assessing, and documenting the skills across our workforce. Enable a visualization of how our individual capabilities align with current and future business needs, enabling better workforce planning, personalized learning, and strategic talent development.
  • Curating Learning: Leverage our Talent Management platform, Career Hub, and other technologies to select and arrange learning resources for individuals and groups based on skills enablement strategy and business unit needs. Taking the content beyond availability to personalized learning experiences that are relevant, engaging and actionable.
  • Learning Operations & Enrollment: Strategic and logistical management of learning programs through partnership in planning delivery, tracking, and optimization of learning activities, ensuring that employees have access to the right content at the right time, and that their progress is accurately monitored and reported.
  • Market Research and Data Analytics: Stay abreast of current and future learning trends. In partnership with the Workforce Analytics team, analyze internal and external trends to anticipate future skills needs, track learner engagement, assess program effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Immersive and Social Learning Adoption: Ongoing learning and sharing of technology and trend insights are leveraged to uncover social learning opportunities that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.
  • Mindset and Change Leadership: Foster a growth mindset and agility within the team and organization, helping others embrace and thrive through continuous change.
