Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and enhance Talent pipeline programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders in HR and beyond – entry level and middle management programmes
  • Align global talent strategy with Western Europe Area business needs, support the development and deployment of new strategies (where relevant) that will drive a high performance culture in Western Europe
  • Follow up internal/external talent trends and developments in HR, innovative practices in Talent area and the wider HR agenda, and assess their benefit to BAT
  • Work in cooperation with HR Business Partners in executing and embedding Talent practices & get the needs of business through the HR Business Partner teams in Western Europe Area
  • Support the execution of annual talent cycles in cooperation with local HR teams; support the introduction and deployment of new Talent concepts and tools
