The role includes the end-to-end recruitment of MoE subject teachers. This includes close collaboration with the Director of MoE and hiring managers to support education recruitment cycles, and the provision of strategic recruitment support. The role also serves as a subject specialist in education recruitment, advising schools on best practices, contributing to recruitment strategy, and supporting hiring managers with selection, onboarding, and workforce planning. The Talent Officer ensures recruitment documentation, contracts, compliance, and reporting are completed in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner, aligned with policy and annual recruitment timelines.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for MoE subject teachers across Aldar Education's school network. Collaborate with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment support, workforce planning, and ensure compliance with documentation and reporting.
