The Manager of Talent & Operational Enablement is part systems strategist, part workplace architect. You’ll help us attract, develop, and retain top Talent, while also streamlining the behind-the-scenes operations that power it all. This hybrid role is roughly 85% Talent & Culture (onboarding, offboarding, L&D, cultural programming, and business partnering) and 15% Operational Enablement (cross-functional workflows, automation, and tech tools that support the broader business). This role demands a highly adaptive candidate with proven change management experience.
