JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Talent Operations Manager to join our broader Talent & Analytics Team and play a critical role in enabling scalable, data-driven, and employee-centric talent solutions. This role manages key vendor relationships, supports budget and reporting processes, and drives process optimization across the Talent function within our new career platform. The ideal candidate combines digital fluency with operational rigor to support workforce transformation and organizational readiness.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed, or global organization
Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to identify and implement “quick wins” in talent operations, including cleanup of outdated items and integration of our Career Hub strategy (through our Talent Management technology platform), and documentation of program closeout activities. Providing any training and support for new processes, tools, and best practices as implemented.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Responsible for the operational management and project management of our engagement vendor relationship including ensuring operational efficiency, vendor relationship, and cross-functional Talent team support and work is managed. Where needed, manage full vendor life cycle, including facilitating contract negotiation, testing, implementation, and day to day partnership for additional Talent team vendors.
  • Operational Budget Execution: Ensure budget tracking and invoice management for the Talent team are accurate and accounted for with our Finance partners. Partner across Talent and HR teams to streamline messaging and tools for career development, performance cycles, and other talent processes.
  • Skills Operations: Parter across the Talent team to support the ongoing efforts of our role library of skills for KDP, implementing new features and enhancements, and supporting our ongoing strategy for Career Hub.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to analyze trends, assess the effectiveness of programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Mindset and Change Leadership: Foster a growth mindset and agility within the team and organization, helping others embrace and thrive through continuous change.
