REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in talent operations, influencer management, or content monetisation platforms.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple talents and ensure structured execution of streaming and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with streaming/content monetisation platforms is a plus.
• Fluent English language speaking and writing ability.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Talent Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations related to talent onboarding, stream scheduling, performance tracking, and daily operations. This role ensures that all talent follows structured workflows to maximise their earnings while meeting the company’s strategic goals. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments, including marketing, finance, and content management.
This is a fully remote role, but priority will be given to people in the APAC region. Work permit sponsorship is not provided.
