As a Consultant or Analyst in our Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice, you’ll help organisations navigate change and prepare their people for the future of work. Whether you’re early in your career or growing into a leadership path, you’ll work closely with clients and experienced colleagues to solve real workforce challenges — from culture and change to workforce planning and HR transformation.

• Support the design and delivery of talent and organisation strategies.
• Help clients respond to digital disruption and business transformation.
• Identify workforce skills and capability gaps to future-proof organisations.
• Contribute to agile operating model design, workforce planning, and organisational change initiatives.
• Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and insights.
• Assist in the development of client proposals, presentations, and internal tools or frameworks.
• Build your consulting toolkit through diverse projects, mentoring, and certifications.
