About the opportunity We are looking for a Talent Partner to support a high-impact recruitment programme within a purpose-led environment. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of a complex, high-volume pipeline, working closely with stakeholders to improve hiring delivery, structure, and overall recruitment performance. The role As a Talent Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while driving structure, visibility, and efficiency across the hiring process. Manage a live pipeline of 60 to 80 roles, ensuring clear visibility of priorities and progress Directly source, screen, and recruit across 12 to 15+ active vacancies Streamline end-to-end recruitment processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance Partner closely with hiring managers to strengthen workforce planning, forecasting, and prioritisation Monitor candidate experience metrics, including interview drop-off and offer to start conversion Create reporting across role types, locations, and functions to support workforce planning and performance tracking What success looks like A structured and well-managed recruitment pipeline Improved stakeholder communication and alignment Faster time to hire and stronger delivery outcomes Higher candidate conversion rates More efficient and scalable recruitment processes About you Proven experience as a Talent Partner or in-house recruiter Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience managing high-volume or complex pipelines A process-driven mindset with the ability to optimise delivery Comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment Working Model Hybrid setup 2 days per week onsite (West Sussex area) Remaining days remote This role would suit someone based in South London, for example Croydon, with good access to the client site.
