ROLE SUMMARY:

We’re on the lookout for a Talent Partner to work hybrid and embedded with one of our most exciting lifestyle and wellness clients in London. They’re a premium, fast-scaling brand known for their innovation, culture, and commitment to excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind their hiring strategy, working inside their business as part of our Chapter 2 embedded model.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work fully embedded within a cutting-edge client, acting as their internal Talent Partner.
  • Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments, from strategy to delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimise recruitment outcomes.
  • Champion the use of modern tools, platforms, and AI to drive sourcing and hiring performance
