The People & Culture team leads strategic people & culture programs and operational activities across the entire employee lifecycle. Our team provides expert advice across a range of people and culture activities including employee relations, talent attraction and selection, onboarding, talent management, learning and development, organisational development, remuneration and reporting, work health safety, wellbeing and workforce planning.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Partner to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you will partner with Senior Leaders and People Managers to provide expert advice and manage end-to-end talent attraction and talent development activities.
This full time, non-ongoing role will initially be available until 30 June 2026, and it offers a competitive salary range of $94,563 - $105,910 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and manage fit-for purpose talent attraction and selection activities.
  • Introduce new talent attraction channels to increase workforce participation and build a diverse workforce.
  • Ensure talent acquisition and selection activities are managed in accordance with the APS merit principles, the Commissioner’s Directions and the Public Service Act 1999.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment and provide expert advice on contemporary talent attraction and selection approaches.
  • Build hiring manager capability to ensure effective recruitment and selection practices are embedded.
  • Work with the Director People & Culture to design and manage Affirmative measures recruitment campaigns.
  • Design Diversity & Inclusion activities to increase workforce participation across all diversity and inclusion dimensions.
  • Develop targeted recruitment campaigns to build a talent pipeline of specialist talent.
