Talent Partner (Bilingual) 📍 London | Full-time | On-site (5 days/week) 💰 £50k base + £15k OTE (£65k total) 👥 Team: People & Talent About the Role You’ll work closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a strong end-to-end hiring experience. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll take real ownership from day one, leveraging AI tooling, building AI agents whilst working across a mix of roles and regions. You’ll also use data to guide your decisions, track pipeline performance, and continuously improve how we hire. \n What We’re Looking For 3+ years in recruitment, in-house or within agency account management, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth company Strong sourcing ability with experience building pipelines across different functions Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without losing quality or attention to detail Experience working across global hiring or coordinating across time zones Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment tools Clear and professional communicator who can build trust with both candidates and stakeholders Bonus: Ability to speak Spanish - or French/Italian Languages Fluent English is required Spanish is highly preferred Additional European languages such as Italian or French are a strong advantage \n Inclusive workforce At Fresha, we are creating a culture where individuals of all backgrounds feel comfortable.
