WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Talent team is responsible for scaling AISI from the ground up. This is not your normal civil service team – we have built a reputation for getting things done, challenging the status quo and navigating ambiguity.
The AISI talent team ensures our recruitment processes are designed to effectively assess talent whilst ensuring a positive candidate and onboarding experience for new joiners. Talent Partners work with hiring teams to guide them through the recruitment process, providing expert advice and consultation on hiring and talent attraction strategies, Talent Partners will also manage all end-to-end processes, ensuring the candidate experience is best in class, whilst navigating one of the most competitive global candidate markets.
This is a demanding role with significant opportunity for stretch in a dynamic and complex environment. Guided by the Recruitment Operations Lead, the Talent Partner is responsible for the delivery of successful hiring campaigns across both technical and non-technical domain areas.
Full cycle recruitment & onboarding: Working with hiring teams to scope out new roles, design appropriate assessments and manage the candidate experience. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates and guide them through the process, preparing them through each step and answering their queries along the way.
Expert Coordination: Owning multiple vacancies and onboarding several candidates at any given time. Managing competing priorities whilst delivering a seamless experience to all stakeholders. You will be involved in complex coordination and program management, setting expectations internally and influencing key decision makers as required.
Projects: Identifying opportunities to drive process efficiency and elevate stakeholder experiences - driving these ideas forward into clear project plans with defined deliverables.
