As a Digital & Technology Talent Partner you deliver an end to end, value-add talent acquisition service to our St Vincent’s hiring managers and candidates alike. You will join a tight knit Talent function who are experienced, engaged and service orientated. Things that work for us: A background recruiting across Digital & Technology functions including Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications and Technology Leadership roles Experience partnering with leaders delivering technology transformation programs, recruiting across Microsoft ecosystems and related technologies Knowledge of contemporary Digital & Technology talent markets, including implementing contemporary sourcing strategies for hard-to-find technical skillsets A business partnering mentality – you are a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, comfortable to influence and coach on talent acquisition best practices Your proactive, problem-solving mindset complimented with great time management and multi-tasking capabilities A genuine passion for Talent Acquisition, underpinned by a history of related achievements you are humbly proud of Exceptional communication skills, with a strong preference for talking over emailing!
