Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Do you love connecting the right people with the right opportunities?
Do you see recruitment not just as filling roles, but as a strategic lever to shape the future of an organisation?
This new role at Enable offers the opportunity to define how we attract, engage and hire brilliant people across our services – from operational roles within our sites, to specialist hires and future leaders.
As our Talent Partner, you’ll bring clarity, creativity and consistency to every part of the hiring journey.
Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, with a strong background in recruitment across multi-site organisations. You’ll care deeply about people – your team, your hiring managers and every candidate who interacts with Enable.
A natural collaborator, you’ll thrive in a values-led, purpose-driven environment.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set the vision and strategy for talent acquisition across Enable, aligned with our organisational goals and values.
  • Act as a trusted partner to recruiting managers and senior leaders, supporting workforce planning and advising on the best route to attract the right talent.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for business-critical, hard-to-fill, and future growth roles.
  • Redesign and modernise our approach to attraction, selection, and onboarding – ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and manager experience.
  • Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices that reflect the diversity of our people and the communities we serve.
  • Use data, insights and feedback to inform strategy, monitor performance, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system, careers page and advertising platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training, toolkits and guidance for hiring managers to support consistency and capability across the business.
  • Represent Enable as a values-led employer at external events, career fairs and networking groups.
  • Support employer brand development and social media activity to promote Enable as a great place to work.
  • Provide support to the wider People Team
