We are looking for a Talent Partner to join us and work closely with one of our clients whom manages a highly diverse and prestigious portfolio across urban real estate, rural land, and renewable energy initiatives. Operating with a dual purpose, they deliver strong commercial performance that generates significant revenue for the Treasury, while also driving sustainable development, environmental stewardship, and inclusive community growth.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic people partner across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their evolving talent needs and design tailored solutions—whether it’s high-volume, niche or leadership hiring.
  • Embed best practices in diversity, equity & inclusion and maintain a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Use data to shape recruitment strategy and contribute to long-term workforce planning in a value-driven, purpose-led setting.
