Job Description Own the talent pipeline for one of Australia's fastest-growing restaurant brands. GYG is on a mission to bring the flavours of Mexican food to every corner of Australia, and we need great people to make that happen. As a Talent Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of GYG restaurants spanning NSW and ACT, hiring the Cooks, Crew, Shift Leaders and Restaurant Managers who bring our restaurants to life every day. This is a high-volume, high-impact role, partnering closely with Operations leaders, and building the kind of talent pipelines that let great restaurants run even better.
