Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic, people-focused Talent Lead with a proven track record in recruiting across generalist functions (e.g. Compliance, Operations and Finance).
As the Talent Partner Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be expected to actively participate in sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and candidate management, while also steering long-term strategic initiatives that align with business goals. You will work closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to proactively identify talent needs, implement scalable hiring solutions, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent across all business areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Take full ownership of and lead the end-to-end recruitment function, overseeing the entire hiring lifecycle.
  • Mange and mentor a team of recruiters, supporting their development, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative, accountable team culture.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership, deeply understanding business needs and translating them into effective hiring plans.
  • Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies to support rapid business growth and improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience. Build strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing techniques and market insights.
  • Implement tools, processes, and workflows that improve operational efficiency across the talent team.
  • Own talent reporting and analytics, sharing insights with leadership and recommending improvements based on data.
