Talent Partner - Leadership & Strategic Hiring Location: Domlur, Bangalore – Work From Office Experience: 8+ years About the Role As a Talent Partner focusing on Leadership and Strategic Hiring at Apna, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership team and driving strategic recruitment initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders to identify talent needs and build a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates for critical leadership roles. What You’ll Own Partner with business executives to understand and anticipate hiring needs for leadership and strategic positions across Product, Tech, Business, Sales, Growth, Support & Strategy. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier leadership talent. Run high-quality headhunting, passive sourcing & research-driven search. Build & maintain org maps, talent intelligence & competitive insights. Utilise market intelligence and data to inform recruiting decisions and drive proactive sourcing efforts. Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with leadership competencies. Build and maintain relationships with external networks, industry contacts, and potential candidates to create a diverse talent pool. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and drive a positive candidate experience. What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience in a talent acquisition role focusing on leadership and executive hiring. Strong understanding of leadership competencies and the ability to assess candidates effectively. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and industry contacts. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority searches. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in leadership and strategic hiring. Deep knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and market trends for leadership roles. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed recruiting decisions. High levels of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Demonstrated success in building diverse talent pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
