Join Syngenta's Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Partner, where you'll deliver exceptional recruitment experiences across our organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape our talent landscape by partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and secure top talent. Working with colleagues from around the world in our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll be a true partner and advisor to the business, leading the recruitment processes, while leveraging modern recruitment technologies and methodologies. Based in our Enkhuizen office, you will be part of a local team including 2 talent partners and the wider NL HR team. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Create compelling job advertisements that showcase our employer value proposition. Regularly meet with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships, present hiring data/market intelligence, build your business acumen and understand the business’s needs and priorities. Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage, collaborating with other TA team members throughout the process to help execute. Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to build and nurture strategic talent pools aligned with future workforce planning needs, including building and nurturing key talent pipelines. Participate in global and local projects to enhance employer branding, recruitment processes and candidate experience. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies. Qualifications Proven talent acquisition/recruitment experience across a variety of specialisms, ideally within in a large global, matrix organization. Strategic mindset and curiosity to truly understand the business’ objectives in the short, mid and long term, so you can plan and prioritise accordingly. Exceptional relationship builder who can build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders across a variety of business units, and the wider TA/HR community. Innovation: we’re looking for someone who can drive process improvements and problem solve with new and bold ideas, using a data-driven approach. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple specialisms, and an ability to prioritise/manage expectations under pressure Strong consulting, negotiation and influencing skills. Good IT proficiency with an ability to learn and adapt to a variety of platforms and systems.
