QUALIFICATIONS

• Global experience with strong analytical & communication skills
• Linkedin Recruiter & desirable ATS expert – Workday, Smart Recruiter.
• Deep Technical Sourcing Expertise
• Deep knowledge of leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strings
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition areas and 2 years of experience working for LATAM.
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting top management positions and 3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, services, or engineering areas.
• Advanced English and Spanish
• Advanced Portuguese (plus)
