Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Talent Partner to help us source and recruit the best talent for our Sales department at Capital on Tap. You’ll be handling the whole recruitment journey from start to finish, figuring out the best ways to find, attract, and retain top talent. This job is all about being proactive, partnering with the Sales teams, and using both tried-and-tested and creative new ways to bring great people into Capital on Tap who share our values.
You’d be joining a small, dynamic, and fun team who are always looking into ways we can improve our hiring approach and processes so there’s plenty of opportunity to learn new things and have an impact!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Owning and driving end-to-end recruitment processes
- Attracting and proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including our CRM, Job Boards, Linkedin, and Otta
- Providing a great candidate experience from application to offer
- Using Data to inform and advise your hiring managers
- Being a DE&I champion, educating hiring managers, and helping us attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Keeping our ATS (Greenhouse) up to date and following best practices
- Building strong relationships across the business to understand hiring needs, priorities, and pain points
