This is not a traditional HR administration role. It's an opportunity to learn, grow and build a broad HR career while working alongside experienced HR leaders across Australia, New Zealand and APAC. The role supports recruitment across ANZ, partners closely with our Campbellfield manufacturing facility and contributes to a range of people initiatives that help our teams succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment (approximately 60%)
You'll be the driving force behind recruitment activities across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll help attract great talent, coordinate hiring activities and create outstanding candidate experiences from application through to onboarding.
People & Culture Support (approximately 20%)
Based at our Campbellfield facility, you'll support managers and employees with day-to-day people activities, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes while building your knowledge of employee and industrial relations.
Communications & Development (approximately 20%)
