TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.

WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE

  • Ensure consistently excellent experience for remote and hybrid employees
  • Coordinate perks, recognition, and well-being initiatives that align with culture and budget
  • Manage regional workplace vendors for our office hubs

MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a tech environment
  • Experience in People Ops in a scaling global tech company
  • Experience working with EOR providers
  • Proficient with HR systems
  • Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to prioritise competing priorities
  • Proven track record of successful hires across various roles and seniority levels
  • Experience with modern recruitment tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms such as RecruitCRM

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a fintech
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Knowledge of technical recruitment for engineering and product roles
