What You'll Do Talent Acquisition (Core Focus) Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing, screening to engaging top talent. Partner closely with business teams to understand hiring needs and define the ideal candidate profile. Proactively source high-quality candidates through relevant platforms and networks. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs. Source and engage industry experts and consultants to bring specialised knowledge into the team. Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including coordination, referrals, and hiring activities. Build relationships with universities and institutions to attract emerging talent. Maintain clear and timely stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth hiring progress. Ensure alignment between HR practices and business goals to support team performance. People & Culture Support new hires through onboarding and integration, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from day one. Contribute to building a positive, high-performance, and collaborative team culture. Drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives (e.g. team bonding, events, recognition). Support internal communication and alignment across teams. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with team members, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency. High ethical standards for handling sensitive and confidential information.
