To continue scaling our global therapist network, we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition capacity with flexible, multilingual contractor support. Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Therapist Network (Contract) Remote • Flexible hours • On‑demand workload This is a Talent Acquisition role dedicated to identifying, assessing, and activating therapist contractors for our global network. You’ll review applications, manage therapist candidates through our recruitment funnel, and oversee their digital onboarding and training — all asynchronously, all inside our internal platforms, and without direct candidate interaction. What You’ll Do1. Therapist Recruitment & Screening Review applications from licensed psychologists and mental health professionals Assess qualifications (licensure, clinical experience, languages, compliance) based on predefined criteria Tag, organize, and manage candidates in the ATS Make advancement decisions through the TA funnel Curate therapist talent pools in multiple geographies 2. Digital Onboarding Management Trigger onboarding steps inside the ifeel app Verify documents, licenses, identity validation, and professional information Track progress and update statuses at each onboarding stage Ensure all compliance requirements are met 3. Training Activation Assign mandatory online training modules Monitor therapist progress Confirm all criteria are completed prior to network activation Flag issues to the TA Lead as needed Languages Because this role manages therapist recruitment across multiple regions, strong multilingual skills are essential: Fluent Spanish (C1–C2) Fluent English (C1–C2) At least one additional language (Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Dutch, or similar) Experience & Skills Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations, or HR Comfortable evaluating CVs and identifying clinical licensing/experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Familiarity with ATS tools or digital workflow systems Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage fluctuating workloads Sector familiarity (mental health, healthcare, digital health, therapy networks, or clinical settings) is strongly preferred Contract Details This is an on‑demand freelance role: Weekly workload fluctuates based on recruitment volume You choose your working hours — full schedule autonomy Tasks should be completed within defined deadlines Ideal for freelancers seeking flexible, meaningful, remote TA work Why Collaborate With ifeel Fully remote and asynchronous collaboration Flexibility to organize your schedule Clear workflows and structured TA processes Direct contribution to expanding a global, multilingual therapist network Mission-driven organization with measurable impact on mental health
