About the role The Team Leader coordinates and manages the activities of a team to ensure the delivery of quality responsive customer services with an emphasis on correct and consistent decision making in applying legislation and policy. The role works with Coordinators within business unit to ensure quality assurance, workflow productivity, priority management and the promotion of continuous improvement. This Talent Pool is being created for future Ongoing or Temporary roles that may arise over the next 18 months. Placement in the Talent Pool remains valid for 18 months.
