POSITION SUMMARY:

The Talent Program Manager is responsible for managing and implementing project-based Talent programs, maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, and providing administrative support to the Talent department. The Talent Program Manager’s efforts contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, which is essential for the sustained success and prosperity of the organization and the broader West Michigan community.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
· 3–5 years of project management experience required; experience supporting senior executives preferred. Some supervisory experience is a plus.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and marketing content development.
· Collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

· Program Management: Lead the execution of departmental projects, including coordinating internal resources, managing timelines, and engaging stakeholders to deliver on strategic Talent initiatives.
· Event Management: Plan and execute workshops, meetings, and public events, managing all logistics from content development to post-event follow-up.
· Administrative Support: Support the Senior Vice President of Talent & Diversity by managing calendars, scheduling, preparing presentations, and coordinating speaking engagements.
· Strategic Collaboration: Partner on the design and execution of innovative talent initiatives, surveys, and community-facing reports to identify and address workforce needs.
