RECRUITMENT AND WORKFORCE PLANNING & STRUCTURE:

  • Lead recruitment efforts (inbound and outbound), including drafting job descriptions, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hires.
  • Manage onboarding for smooth integration and collaborate on staffing needs and succession planning.
  • Use data-driven tools for role matching and workforce forecasting to support organizational goals.
  • Define and maintain roles aligned with MEDLIFE’s mission and strategic objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent Recruitment & Administration Coordinator ensures a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace while aligning MEDLIFE’s workforce with organizational goals. This role is in charge of recruitment, workforce planning, employee records, compliance and labor relations as primary responsibilities. Compensation, benefits, and safety protocols as secondary responsibilities. By fostering best practices and utilizing data-driven approaches, the Coordinator supports MEDLIFE’s mission through a strong and engaged workforce.
