Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO​ Talent Strategy & Planning Responsible for Talent strategy and yearly plan based on overarching Global PR strategy and plans Optimize Talent budget, applying a cost conscious and entrepreneurial mindset Implement the Global Talent strategy, ensuring alignment with global Brand PR and Influencer Marketing Conduct Talent mapping and research, identifying the right talents based on our brand direction and ambition to be a fashion brand Stay updated on market trends and competitors within your functional expertise area Talent Partnerships & Relationship Management Plan, execute, and follow up on Talent activities and partnerships, both paid and earned, to enhance the brand’s credibility and visibility within strategic communities Identify and partner with the right agencies/agents for strategies and executions related to the Talent Relations area Continuously maintain and build relations with talents, agents, management etc. Build and maintain long-term relationships with top tier influencers and celebrities serving as a trusted brand liaison Oversee partnership management including contracts, briefings, and event collaborations in compliance with corporate governance and global standards Represent the brand at H&M events and fashion industry events Collaboration, Activation & Performance Tracking Collaborate with PR and Showroom to ensure synergy between PR initiatives, and event activations Track, measure, and evaluate talent engagement effectiveness and sentiment providing insights to enhance future strategies Source and manage external creative partners and agencies when required WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ This role will be reporting to Marketing Manager Qualifications WHO YOU ARE​ Education Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Skills Deep interest in fashion and understanding of owned, paid, and earned media channels Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships with celebrities, influencers, etc. (with an established network within fashion and celebrities) Bringing in broad network of talent and celebrities Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages as required per market Experience Minimum 5 years’ in PR or/and experience in VIP service and celebrity relations Proven track record of managing talent and celebrity partnerships that deliver measurable business results Additional Information WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE At H&M Group, we are proud to be a vibrant and welcoming company.
