We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our Talent team as a Talent Research Associate. The role involves high-volume CV screening, initial candidate outreach, and supporting global hiring efforts through research, data management, and the use of AI tools. Key Responsibilities Screen large volumes of CVs based on defined criteria. Conduct initial communication with candidates (email, chat, or calls). Maintain trackers, reports, and other hiring data. Use Excel/Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and AI tools to improve screening and sourcing efficiency. Support recruiters with research, market mapping, and candidate coordination. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Comfortable interacting with global candidates across various time zones. Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools (summaries, prompting, automation). Education background in HR related field. Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition. Good to Have Internship experience in HR or recruitment. Basic understanding of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Why Join Us? Work closely with global TA partners.
