We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Resourcer to join our dynamic internal Talent Acquisition team. If you love uncovering top talent, building lasting relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.
As the Talent Resourcer, your focus will be on proactively identifying high-quality veterinary professionals for roles across our network. You’ll work hand in hand with experienced recruiters and play a critical part in connecting with passive candidates through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
Once you’ve qualified prospects and sparked their interest, you’ll seamlessly hand them over to our Talent Acquisition Business Partners to take them through the recruitment journey.

This role offers a hybrid work model, with four days based in our office to foster collaboration, strengthen relationships, and maintain an engaged, connected team environment.

SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in candidate sourcing, research, or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’re confident in reaching out and sparking genuine interest.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and highly responsive.
  • Comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and ATS systems (desirable but not essential).
  • A naturally curious, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
  • Develop compelling digital outreach campaigns and marketing content to attract veterinary talent
  • Build and manage pipelines of prospective candidates using our CRM
  • Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a warm and active talent pool.
  • Deliver market insights and talent mapping to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the recruitment, operations, and marketing teams.
