Job Description Our Geode Health team is growing rapidly and we are in search of a Talent Scout. The responsibilities include using various social media platforms to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building extensive and diverse talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Our mission is ‘To empower our patients to live healthier, more rewarding lives through accessible, affordable and effective mental healthcare tailored to their needs.’ Job Responsibilities: Works closely with the Recruiter(s) to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed) Performs advanced sourcing including social media, internet and database mining, developing relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions. Craft and send recruiting emails and messages In partnership with recruiter, coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and understand immediate and long-term needs Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques Develop diverse talent pipelines for future hiring needs Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired Promote our employer brand online and offline Maintain database of candidates Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Ideal Candidate Profile: Passionate about our mission and inspiring others Self-starter, for whom no task is too big or too small and takes ownership of their decisions Contribute to the collective effort both within own scope - and beyond - as needed Creative and strategic thinker A lifelong learner who believes in giving and receiving feedback to get better each day Organized & process-oriented Qualifications/Skills: Experience with using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
