Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.      Job Title: Talent Services Process Leader            Function: GDS-CBS    Skill Level: Experienced    Rank: Assistant Director (63)    Sub Function: Talent Services     Reports to: Talent Services Leader      Job Summary: Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing multiple Talent support services including Talent Delivery, Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Operations, Performance and Rewards, Mobility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness and Talent Consultant Support to EY member firms. Talent Services provides services to countries, regions, service lines and global Talent teams and other EY stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centers in Manila and Cebu, Philippines; Bangalore, Trivandrum & Cochin, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Buenos Aires, Argentina. TS Talent Hubs are EY’s extended delivery model for high quality skills and competencies delivered virtually A hub can cut across service line and regions, delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled agile teams. Its personnel are employed by GDS and funded by its users based on processes, activities and efforts rendered. Talent Hubs support a specific function and act as part of the extended onshore Talent team. The team works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Talent Services Process Lead is responsible for supporting the set-up of Talent Hubs in the GDS TS locations from transition and implementation of new capabilities to building, maintaining and continuous improvement of processes across all talent functions. The TS Process Lead is expected to lead all process deep dive sessions, development and maintenance of documentation and continuous process improvement aligned with the needs and requirements of the onshore teams. The TS Process Lead is expected to effectively engage with project teams, TS Function and Sub-function Leaders, Global and Regional stakeholders, to understand and define process-related requirements and appropriate implementation strategies.  Key Interactions: TS Function, Sub-function and Location Leaders and Talent Leaders from Global, GDS and Super Region Talent Teams and their extended leadership team. Shift: Aligned to the Global and Super Region Talent Teams supported  Key Responsibilities: The Talent Services Process Leader has responsibility for building, maintaining and improving process expertise within Talent Hubs and capabilities across all stages of set-up – from transition to business-as-usual operations.
