We're growing fast, and we need someone who lives in the sourcing trenches. This role is built for a recruiter who gets energy from building pipelines, not managing stakeholders — someone who knows how to find great people before anyone else does, move them quickly, and keep a clean, honest pipeline behind them. You'll work directly with the Talent Lead, owning sourcing and screening across a high-volume mix of commercial and specialist roles across North America and global markets. If you're the kind of recruiter who has their Boolean strings saved, checks response rates obsessively, and treats a stale pipeline like a personal affront — this is your role. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What are the main responsibilities for this role? Sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and wherever else the right people are hiding — building pipelines before the pressure hits Screening candidates and running first-stage interviews across a varied mix of roles and markets Keeping pipelines clean and honest in our ATS — no black holes, no wishful thinking Writing outreach that people actually respond to, and refining it when they don't Tracking what's working and what isn't, and being straight about both What skills and experience are required? At least a year of recruiting experience where sourcing was genuinely central to your work Remote-first and/or global recruiting experience Solid Boolean skills and real hands-on time with LinkedIn Recruiter Comfortable with volume without cutting corners on quality ATS experience — Teamtailor knowledge is a bonus EdTech, startup, or commercial/GTM hiring background is a plus Organised, honest, and good with candidates Why work for Crimson?
