The Role We’re looking for a high-impact Talent Sourcer to elevate our Talent Acquisition capability at DAS. This is a delivery-focused role supporting the DAS Talent Lead and working directly with senior hiring managers. You’ll be to shaping hiring strategies, crafting compelling job adverts and proactively headhunting specialist talent across consultancy, engineering and technical disciplines. Your key responsibilities will include: · Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, success profiles and attraction plans primarily for roles in the Defence and Civil Nuclear markets · Writing high-conversion, SEO-optimised job adverts aligned to market demand · Proactively headhunting passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search and talent mapping techniques · Conducting structured screening conversations to qualify skills, motivations and cultural alignment · Building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines, providing market insight and advising stakeholders on availability, competition and hiring trends There is also the opportunity to get involved in DAS’s broader People function, supporting learning and development, HR policy development, and global talent acquisition for our subsidiary businesses in order to support your career development. About You You are commercially minded and delivery driven. You don’t wait for applicants; you go and find them. You’re confident challenging hiring managers, advising on market realities and owning the sourcing strategy end-to-end.
