Job Overview: We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Sourcer to join a fast-paced, international recruitment team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for FMCG roles across global markets, particularly within the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking employer that values precision sourcing, market insight, and strategic outreach. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates for high-impact roles in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates for FMCG roles across international markets (primarily UK and Europe). Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques to build high-quality pipelines. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-qualification interviews. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver relevant talent. Maintain and update ATS and candidate databases. Build talent maps for niche FMCG roles and market segments. Maintain a strong understanding of global FMCG hiring trends and competitor activity. Provide weekly progress reports and insights on sourcing performance and challenges. Qualifications and Experience: 3–5 years of talent sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in FMCG sectors. Proven experience recruiting for international markets, especially the UK. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, or similar). Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under pressure. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
