SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in helping ICEYE attract exceptional talent into the business. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with high-quality passive candidates across priority functions, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing for business-critical hiring needs. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams, you’ll build diverse talent pipelines, map markets, and ensure we stay ahead of current and future hiring demand. This role is critical to strengthening our hiring capability, improving talent quality, and helping us scale with precision in a highly competitive global market. Your day-to-day responsibilities: Build and maintain high-quality, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across priority functions Identify and engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, talent platforms, communities, referrals, events, and other relevant channels Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, define target profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies Write thoughtful, tailored outreach that reflects ICEYE’s employer brand and increases engagement from high-calibre candidates Turn market insight and candidate understanding into effective outreach assets, including messaging, campaign content, and role-relevant employer brand materials for different talent audiences Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring plans, competitor insights, and strategic workforce planning Explore and apply AI-enabled sourcing methods, tools, and workflows to improve research quality, outreach effectiveness, and team productivity, while staying current on emerging trends and best practices in talent sourcing What we’re looking for Must haves: Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment coordination, HR, employer branding, or a similar people-related role Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach and turn candidate insight into effective messaging and candidate-facing content Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in close partnership with recruiters and hiring managers Interest in modern sourcing practices, including AI-enabled tools and workflows, with the ability to apply new methods to improve research quality, outreach effectiveness, and team productivity High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS data, reporting, and sourcing process discipline Curiosity, persistence, creativity, and sound judgment when solving hard-to-fill talent challenges A proactive and structured approach to research, talent mapping, and pipeline building across different talent audiences Nice to haves: Experience supporting sourcing or hiring for technical, specialist, or hard-to-fill roles Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, or other candidate search methods Experience creating candidate-facing content, outreach campaigns, or light employer brand materials to support sourcing and talent engagement Experience working in an international, high-growth, or fast-paced environment Application Process Recruiter screening call Take-home task followed by a review call Final-stage interview Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. Base salary range for this position is 4000-4800€ per month (gross), depending on experience, and will be negotiated individually.
